Life is Beautiful - Is It? Or Take Initiative To...

No, I did't watched that movie all these days, but I was again looking through it and was seeing what is happening around me, around my family, in my native place, in other parts of my country, outside my country. Everybody, everybody is tensed in one or the oher way.. everybody is looking out for some other option to do his/her things... everybody is trying to push others and make space for themselves (unlike what happens in mumbai trains/buses where everybody makes space for others and adjust)...

in my office - everybody is trying to save his/her ass and pushing the ball in others court...if we complain then we are hanged and questions started spurring on us - what have we done to solve it... what initiative we have taken?
- We have done HELL? Do you guys want anything else? ggrrrrrrr

in my office - somebody started an initiative of filling an excel sheet full of complaints/suggestions for our dear canteen contractor... we all filled that with our suggestions and ideas.. but where it is now? Do HELL... I shouyld have again raised this point.. taken initiative.. but...?

in Pune - CYG is coming and everybody knows what is going on and around? last year also TOI started a campaign against PMC about drainage system and roads... it also took out the names of some contractors who were blacklisted for their waste work.. still one of those contractors were awarded by our pyaari corporation, dont know why? But HELL... I know I am still crying and you guys will ask, why should I not take initiative? :)

my native place - i want to go back there.. live with my parents, with my wife together...cant see my parents work in this age, as i am still alive... but they are doing... I am not with them... desparately want to go back...wife is also doing job here...again need an initiative here and all want it from my side...

in bihar - kosi's curse has again bitten biharis badly and this time wounded them deeply...but who the hell cares... 1000cr rs of grant has been given by center to state... but where it is... other states are also helping where it is going... news channel also says that from the last 8 yrs grain foods were smuggled out of india to other coutries - nepal burma.. we are crying foul of less food in our country... till now this smuggling has earned around 5000cr rs to the smugglers...
Do HELL - what initiative can I take?

What other countries like CHINA, US and PAK are doing... everybody knows.. in NSG meet also... what was said by our neighbouring country...he goofed up...Do HELL with them - this has to be done by our leaders...what initiative can i take?

Am I really unable to take initiatives? Am I not capable of doint things? or there are some things that stop me from taking initiatives? Atleast all these days I have taken an initiative - I am side by side performing role of QA to my project.. all my collegues call me SQA champ pulling my leg... always.. and i even can't write 3-4 line on it.
Have I taken an initiative?

So, I was wondering what is an Initiative? Does this Initiative belongs to me? Is this Initiative is to be started by me? Or only I have to start this Initiative? Is this Inititative be done by me only? What If I am unable to do an Initiative?
